Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 cucumber, the juice from one lemon, 200 ml water
Wash the carrots, peel the cucumber and squeeze the lemon. Put the ingredients in a blender add the glass of water and blend until you obtain a homogenous paste.
This juice should be drunk in the morning.
Lemon and watermelon juice
This juice is excellent with ice cubes and it should be drunk in the evening. Beside the fact that it is reinvigorating it is also rich in antioxidants and has diuretic properties. It doesn’t have much calories and the high level of lycopene in watermelon helps consolidating the connections between neuronal cells. When you combine watermelon with lemon you hydrate your body and improves blood circulation, you eliminate toxins especially from kidneys because of the diuretic properties of watermelon.
Ingredients: 220gr watermelon, the juice from one lemon
How to prepare the drink:
You need small slices of watermelon, add lemon juice and put them in a blender. Blend till you get a smoothie.
Celery and radish juice
Radishes are well-known for the good functioning of urinary tract system. Moreover it cleans the sanguine system and they do not contain many calories. They may be a little bit spicy but this is because of the glucosinolates, components rich in antioxidants that help remove toxins from organism. If you drink this juice you’ll clean your kidneys, not only because of the numerous vitamins they contain but also because of the minerals and other nutrients that strengthen the unitary system.
Ingredients: Celery juice, 2 radishes, a cup of water (200ml)
Wash the vegetable and cut it into small pieces. Put it in a blender and add water. Blend well till you get a smoothie. Drink this juice in the morning, at least three times a week.
