Stand in front of a mirror, keep your head up and your shoulders down.
Raise your chin up untill you feel a stretch in the back side of the neck, next kiss the ceiling pursing your lips upword and then chill.
Do this about 20 times keeping the chin up.
For good results, you should do it a few times a day.
Stand and keep your head and your shoulders straight. Look forward. Spin your chin toward your left.
You will feel a muscle movement on the right side of the neck, allong the front, under the jaw and mouth.
Now masticate some gum (or pretend to do so) about 20 times, keeping the chin in the same position.
Go back to the initial position and do the exercise again. This time spin your chin toward right.
Repeat this a couple times a day.
Stand with your shoulders and face looking ahead and raise your chin up.
Squeeze your fingers into a fist and put it under your chin. Now press it against the chin.
In the same time, press down the chin towards the chest.
You will feel the muscles under the jaw and throughout the front of the neck stretching.
Do it again. You can use the other fist or carry on with the same fist.
You should do it 2 or 4 times every day for best results.
